ABOUT OUR PROPERTY
Little Fern Retreat is a Luxurious fully private, self-contained property ideal for up to two guests with available parking space.
The accommodation features a cozy bedroom and wet room on the first floor and a living area & kitchen upstairs which offer beautiful views towards the Yorkshire Wolds . As the property faces south, it receives plenty of natural light whilst outdoors guests can enjoy a wood-fired hot tub and shower.
Our retreat offers a chance to connect with the beauty of Yorkshire while unwinding and relaxing. Plus, with its convenient location just off the A170, there are plenty of attractions within a quick 20-minute drive. Additionally, Little Fern Retreat has easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop just a minute's walk away.
The towns of Scarborough, Whitby, Pickering, Malton and Filey are close by, as is Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds.
A slightly longer journey can be taken to York where the magnificent Minster and numerous retail parks are awaiting your attention. (See the things to do page for more information).
Locally there is the exciting North Yorkshire Water Park with its many cold-water activities available.
We are also close to the village of Brompton where an award-winning butchers can supply some of the best products in the area. Brompton is also the birthplace of George Cayley, the Father of Aviation and a short walk will reveal the area where he lived.
The Village of Snainton is well-appointed and has some lovely walks, 2 Pubs and a Fish & Chip shop.

Availability, PRICING & ONLINE BOOKING
Choose the month and click on the date you’d like to arrive, then select the length of your stay to see prices and start booking your holiday. If you were wanting to stay for a week then arrivals and departures are on a Monday or Friday.

A deposit of £200.00 of the total booking price is required when placing the booking with us. The remaining amount is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival and immediately if there is less than 6 weeks to your booking date. Our cancellation terms & conditions are outlined during the booking process.
